Once I subscribe, how soon can I expect to receive the paper?
Your first delivery will occur within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
What saving can I expect to make when I change from buying my newspaper at a retail outlet to taking out a subscription?
The Times retails at AED10 and The Sunday Times at AED17. When signed up to an annual daily subscription, not only do you receive a quality newspaper delivered to your door every day for a year, but you pay only AED2,256. That’s a massive saving of 44 per cent.
Are there any special offers available to me?
When taking out an annual daily subscription you will receive an online account that will give you access to a range of discounts and special offers provided by our partners, which you can print out at your convenience. All you need to access your vouchers is the internet, so you can take advantage of our deals at a moment’s notice.
If I change my address what should I do?
As long as it is a long-term change of address, simply let us know two days in advance by calling 800 THE TIMES.
If I want to suspend my subscription while I am on holiday, what do I do?
Simply call us at 800 THE TIMES one day in advance. We will adjust the end date of your subscription to ensure that you do not lose out on any deliveries to which you are entitled.
Can I have my newspaper delivered to my office and clearly labeled with my name?
Yes, we can place your paper in a labeled plastic cover. This service is only available for office deliveries but is free of charge.
What modes of payment are available for a subscription?
You can pay by cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer.

How do I arrange for a cash or cheque payment?
We will arrange for a collection agent to meet with you at your convenience to collect the funds from you at no extra cost to you.
If I cancel my subscription can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we are unable to refund you for the remaining deliveries, but can either transfer your subscription to someone else or – if you are relocating to any of the countries we distribute in – we can continue delivery there.
Do I have the option to try the subscription service for free before I sign up?
Yes. You can take our two week free trial by calling 800 THE TIMES or filling in our online free trial form.
How do I place an order for a bulk subscription and what are the rates?
